Duisburg ist eine Stadt in dem jeder dritte einen Migrationshintergrund aufweist. In den letzten Jahren kamen zu den beständigen Türken sowie Libanesen und Albanern mit Migrationshintergrund auch viele Syrier, Afghaner, Azerbaijaner, Bulgaren und andere Nationalitäten hinzu. Da viele Männer arbeiten und die Frauen aufgrund der Vielzahl an Kindern meistens gehindert sind an sozialen Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen und sich weiterzubilden steigt der Bedarf an Frauenkursen mit Kinderbetreuung. Mit unseren niederschwelligen Frauenkursen wollen wir benachteiligte Frauen helfen und sie unterstützen.

  • Alltagsbewältigung/Orientierung im Stadtteil
  • Kenntnisse über die deutsche Gesellschaft
  • Sprachorientierung
  • Sprachförderung

Die Teilnehmerinnen nehmen  wöchentlich an Sprachkursen teil. Zudem werden Bildungsträger sowie Sportgruppen besucht und es finden Exkursionen statt. Gemeinsame Ausflüge in Bildungseinrichtungen zeigen den Teilnehmern Alternativen und Angebote die Sie mit ihren Kindern wahrnehmen können. Zudem wollen wir einige soziale Aktivitäten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wahrnehmen und ihnen zeigen, dass Sie diese auch nach dem Projekt selber machen können.
